I'm Chase Willden, a software engineer with over 12 years of experience and currently a professor at BYU-Idaho. Over the past 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading software engineering teams across the globe—from the Philippines to India, Europe, and the U.S.—to build software products that drive revenue growth. I’ve been involved in hiring and interviewing hundreds of engineers, and I currently mentor around 160 students, helping them develop their technical and professional skills. I'm passionate about guiding the next generation of engineers toward success.
